A place in time, void of all consciousness
I hear the cries of ancient solar forms, dying.
Down a moonlit passageway to places far astray
The aching eyes of reason, tugging at my footsteps
Leaving no room between us, corridors made of molten stardust
To a land far from here, a passageway will lead us.
All that I know, behind me.
The light piercing through astral bodies,
Sacrificing inherent life forms,
Solar winds seeking devastation,
Sweeping through a silent wasteland.
Cold, chilling souls of years passed
Leaving the cosmic landscape eternally
Hurry now, spiralling descent,
The moonlight will guide us.
Deteriorating footsteps, crumbling with time
Casting away all judgement of distance.
Lunar entities harboring light,
Leaving behind the mother planet.
Down a moonlit passageway to places far astray
The aching eyes of reason, tugging at my footsteps
Leaving no room between us, corridors made of molten stardust
To a land far from here, a passageway will lead us.
All that I know, behind me.
My planet is dying.
